Dean College lost to Lasell University on Tuesday evening with a final score of 80-37. The Lasers jumped out to an early 25-6 lead in the first quarter behind four made three-pointers. For the game, the Lasers made eight three-pointers at a 38% clip.
Sheridan Blaha of Lasell, the team's lone senior honored on senior night, played all forty minutes and scored a game-high seventeen points. Shirle Major scored fifteen points in just fifteen minutes off the bench, and Laura Johnson had a double-double with ten points and twelve rebounds.
Tori Viau led the Bulldogs with a team-high twelve points, and Allie Bezio chipped in seven points. Bezio will be the only senior honored on Saturday, February 18th, when Dean hosts Regis College at 1:00 in Pieri Gymnasium.
