FRANKLIN-- Dean lost to Regis College 82-36 on Saturday afternoon in Pieri Gymnasium. It was senior day for the Bulldogs, which called for a great pregame ceremony honoring Allie Bezio for her time at Dean. Bezio was the lone senior on this year's basketball team.
For the game, Dean struggled to defend without fouling, as Regis attempted twenty-five free throws but only cashed in on thirteen attempts. However, it led to key players like Cat Thomas and Natasha Brito fouling out for the Bulldogs.
Regis' Pam Gonzalez scored a game-high twenty-one points and had seven steals. Olivia Pacheco scored nineteen points off the bench on just eleven shot attempts. Courtney Doherty was the only other player for Regis in double figures with sixteen points.
Tori Viau led Dean with sixteen points in this game, finishing as Dean's leading scorer for the season. Amani Presley also chipped in six points of her own.
